ACM Research to Start Semiconductor Wafer Fab Processing Solutions in Oregon Facility

ACM Research announced today that they are opening a multi-use facility in Hillsboro, Ore on November 28. ACM Research supplies wafer processing solutions for semiconductors and advanced wafer-level packaging applications. The facility will have 11,000 square feet featuring offices, warehouse space, and a dedicated cleanroom demonstration lab.

The Hillsboro facility is located near key customers and partners, the facility will serve as new sales and service hub for ACM Research. The new facility features the company’s commitment to the North American market. ACM research will facilitate access to essential semiconductor fabrication plant infrastructure and resources to drive innovation and enhance local talent development.

The company vice president Jim Straus stated that the company has its expertise in providing well-tailored solutions to high-volume manufacturers and logistics providers. He also added that Hillsboro is known as Silicon Forest and continues to be a growing hub for semiconductor manufacturing in the USA.
