Rail Vikas Nigam Limited and Jakson Green Form a Joint Venture to Develop Solar Power Projects

Rail Vikas Nigan Limited has formed a joint venture with Jakson Green Private Limited to explore opportunities in solar power projects in India and abroad. RVNL will hold a 49% stake in the joint venture, while Jakson Green Private Limited will hold a 51% stake.

RVNL has also announced the establishment of RVNL Infra South Africa, a subsidiary company, in conjunction with the joint venture. This action represents RVNL's determination to broaden its operational scope beyond the territorial confines of India.

Moreover, RVNL executes projects on behalf of the Ministry of Railways in its capacity as the executing arm of Indian Railway Systems.
