Involta Acquires Data Center Facility to Develop a 20-MW Colocation Campus

Involta acquired a 24.5-acre site that already houses an existing data center facility located in the Green Bay region of Wisconsin. Involta will execute a multi-phased approach to extend the current data center footprint to an expandable campus with up to 20 MW of capacity.

Through the utilisation of the Involta SecurePower colocation model, the campus will integrate industry-leading power, security, and connectivity. Furthermore, the data center facility will increase the connectivity of data centers in Iowa, Minnesota, and Ohio.

This is Involta’s 13th data center acquisition. The data centre facilities of Involta are strategically situated in various edge markets, establishing a nationwide benchmark for security, redundant power, and climate control that is unparalleled in the industry. It is necessary to have sustainable data center infrastructure to achieve the SDGs.
