Avaada Energy has secured over 1400 MW of solar projects across India from state-owned agencies. The company has won solar projects with 421 MW, 280 MW, and 700 MW capacities in tenders issued by SECI, GUVNL, and NTPC. The power purchase agreements will span 25 years, with the projects slated for completion within a 24-month timeframe. They are scheduled for development in Gujarat and Rajasthan.
Once completed, the solar facility is expected to produce an estimated 2500 million units of renewable energy each year, significantly contributing to India's green energy supply and powering nearly 1.8 million rural households.
