Zoho Corporation announced the launch of its first data centers in the United Arab Emirates, located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, on January 13, 2026. The data centers represent part of a larger AED 100 million investment in the UAE that the global technology company announced in 2023.

The new facilities will host more than 100 cloud-based solutions from Zoho Corporation's two key brands: ManageEngine, which focuses on enterprise IT management, and Zoho, which provides cloud business solutions. The data centers have received certification under the CSP Security Standard Certificate from DESC (Dubai Electronic Security Center), qualifying Zoho Corporation to serve government and semi-government entities, as well as local businesses.

Data Center Compliance and Certifications

The data centers comply with multiple international standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27017, as well as the CSA STAR Level 2 Certificate for data centres. Additionally, the company's Dubai office has received an ISO 27001 certificate. These certifications enable the company to support the National Cybersecurity Agenda and provide data sovereignty benefits for local businesses.

Shailesh Davey, Co-founder and CEO of Zoho Corporation, stated that the opening of the data centers is part of the company's ongoing investment in the UAE, which remains one of the largest markets in the region for both ManageEngine and Zoho brands. He explained that the move will enable businesses to store their data locally, strengthening data sovereignty and supporting the National Cybersecurity Agenda.

Zoho Brand Performance and Growth

Zoho experienced significant growth in the UAE in 2025, with the brand increasing by 38.7% and expanding its partner network by 29% during the same period. The company increased its employee count by 35% last year to serve the needs of its increasing customer base and expanded into a larger office.

The key solutions driving Zoho's growth include the Customer Experience platform comprising Zoho CRM, Desk and Zoho CRM Plus, Zoho Books which is VAT-compliant and FTA-approved accounting software, Creator low-code app development platform, Zoho Workplace communication and collaboration platform, and Zoho One all-in-one suite of 55+ products.

Over the past five years, Zoho has invested AED 80 million to enable over 7,000 businesses on their digital transformation journey through partnerships with DET and Dubai Culture. The company has seen steady upmarket growth in the country, with 48% growth in 2025, led by its strong platform capabilities that allow enterprises to achieve faster time to value and lower their total cost of ownership.

ManageEngine Performance and Market Focus

ManageEngine grew by 20% in the UAE in 2025, driven by its continued focus on the enterprise sector. The brand has strengthened its local presence, including through the partner network, to support the increasing adoption of its solutions across both private and government organizations.

The key solutions driving ManageEngine's growth are Endpoint Central for unified endpoint management, ServiceDesk Plus for unified service management, and Site24x7 cloud-based observability platform. Growth in the UAE for ManageEngine has been particularly strong in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), government and public sector, and manufacturing sectors.

This growth has been fueled by cloud adoption, which is growing at nearly 35% in the region for the brand's cloud solutions. The trend reflects a broader shift toward cloud-first strategies, as organizations prioritize scalability, agility, and faster innovation.

Strategic Vision and Digital Transformation Goals

According to Davey, the 100+ solutions across Zoho and ManageEngine will enable businesses of all sizes and government and semi-government organizations to adopt cloud technology for digital transformation in nearly every area of operation. The initiative aims to help Dubai become a digital economy in line with Dubai Vision 2030.

Zoho Corporation is a privately held, profitable technology company founded in 1996, with more than 18,000 employees globally. The company serves as the parent organization for prominent technology brands, including ManageEngine, Zoho, TrainerCentral, and Qntrl.

The establishment of these data centers marks a significant milestone in Zoho Corporation's regional expansion strategy and demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting the UAE's digital transformation initiatives while providing locally-hosted cloud solutions to meet growing demand in the region.
